1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Custom artwork or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us at info@blinktopinn.com or call (714) 816-0671 to inform us of your intent to return or exchange an item. Please provide your order number, a description of the item(s), and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we approve your return or exchange, you will receive instructions for returning the item(s), including the return shipping address. Please do not send items back before receiving authorization.
  3. Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged. It is recommended that you use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Items that are not eligible for refund include custom or personalized artwork, gift cards, and certain sale or clearance items.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a full refund, exchange, or replacement. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized artwork that has been specifically created for you.
  • Sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable.
  • Gift cards.

6. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to our regular return policy.
