  • The return request is initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, manuals, and accessories that came with the product are included.

  3. Prepare the Item for Return: Securely pack the product in its original packaging and include the RA number inside the package.

  4. Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment until the return is processed.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. If the return is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by BlinkToPinn.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for items of the same value, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, customers may opt for a full refund or store credit.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Include photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.

  • Upon verification, BlinkToPinn will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to the customer.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped in error.

9. Holiday Return Policy

Items purchased between November 15 and December 31 qualify for extended returns until January 15 of the following year. All other return conditions apply.
